Our gynecologist team is mainly known for the ability to approach patients in a proper way. It is worth mentioning here about the application of the latest treatment methods with the efficiency confirmed by numerous clinical cases. Krzysztof Hadaś MD, Ph.D. Head of IVITA Centre

One of the best lecturers at the Faculty of Medicine at the Poznań Medical University, longtime researcher at the Gynecological Endocrinology Clinic. In 2001, he defended a doctoral dissertation awarded with the Rector’s Prize.
He has many years of experience in working with patients, also in difficult infertility cases. He is currently helping to fulfill the dream of a healthy family as the invaluable director of IVITA centre.
He is frequently invited to specialized trainings for doctors. He participated in ESHRE training (European Society of Reproduction and Embryology), he conducted classes at the Warsaw Postgraduate Medical Training Centre as well as lectures at the English-speaking Faculty of Medicine at the Poznań Medical Academy.
He is the author and co-author of numerous publications in national and international literature, an active participant of many international and national congresses and symposiums.
Marcin Korman MD, Ph.D.
Graduate of the I Faculty of Medicine at the Poznań Medical University. Since 2002, an employee of the Infertility and Reproductive Endocrinology at the Medical University in Poznań.
In 2009 he presented a doctoral dissertation and in 2010 he became a specialist in obstetrics and gynecology. He has been dealing with the diagnosis and treatment of infertility for a number of years gaining his professional experience from prof. Leszek Pawełczyk and prof. Robert Spaczyński. His interests focus around polycystic ovary syndrome, which is one of the most common endocrinological disorders among women in reproductive age.
He is an author of scientific publications, congressional journals and chapters of gynecology and obstetrics coursebooks as well as an active participant of many national and international conferences.
Prof. Agnieszka Seremak-Mrozikiewicz, MD, Ph.D.
Graduate of the I Faculty of Medicine at the Poznań Medical University. She specializes in gynecology and obstetrics.
In 2012 she was awarded with the Professor degree, MD Ph.D. She is a long-term employee at the Clinic of Perinatology and Women’s Diseases at the Poznan Medical University.
In her office, prof. Seremak-Mrozikiewicz provides a comprehensive prenatal care, diagnosis of miscarriage and the assessment of fertility and conception planning.
At IVITA, she has become the head of the Center of Diagnosis and Treatment of Recurrent Miscarriage. The problem affects 1-3% of couples and is defined as the loss of three subsequent pregnancies in the 1st trimester or two pregnancies in the 2nd or 3rd trimester. As early as in the event of two failures, both partners should be examined for genetic abnormalities. For women, it is also important to have an ultrasound examination of the uterus in order to evaluate its anatomy.
The scope of diagnosis is also extended with hormonal and immunological tests. Performance of the indicated tests allows the doctors to explicitly assess the cause of miscarriage in 70%.
EMILIA POŁCZYŃSKA-KANIAK MD, Ph.D.
In 1998, she graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the Medical Academy in Poznań. She began work at the Department of Perinatology and Women’s Diseases at the Medical University in Poznań, where she has taken the role of assistant professor.
For over a dozen of years she has been dealing with prenatal diagnosis and intrauterine therapy, in particular with the treatment of serological conflict. Her professional interests include maternal-fetal medicine, problems of high-risk pregnancies, prenatal diagnosis and intrauterine therapy of the fetus.
She gained experience at the Department of Perinatology and Women’s Diseases (under the direction of prof. Krzysztof Drews), as well as in the Laboratory of Ultrasonography for the Diagnosis and Therapy of Fetal Defects and in the USG and Prenatal Clinic.
In 2004 she defended her doctoral thesis. In 2007, she received a specialist title in obstetrics and gynecology. She has numerous certificates in the field of ultrasonography in obstetrics and gynecology, among other, the Polish Gynecological Society, Ultrasound Section Certificate in the field of ultrasound examinations in obstetrics and gynecology, PTG Ultrasound Section Certificate in the field of doppler tests in obstetrics and gynecology, the certificate and the license of the Fetal Medicine Foundation in the scope of prenatal examinations.
She is the author of numerous publications, congressional journals, and chapters in textbooks on obstetrics and gynecology.
MAGDALENA BARLIK MD, Ph.D.
In 2009 she graduated with honors from the Faculty of Medicine at the Medical University in Poznań and began her work in Perinatology and Women’s Diseases Clinic in Poznań.
In 2014 she defended her doctoral thesis and in 2010 she began specialization in the field of obstetrics and gynecology. Her scientific and doctoral supervisor was prof. Krzysztof Drews MD. Ph.D.
At IVITA centre, Dr. Barlik is responsible for the routine care of pregnant patients, gynecological care involving prevention and treatment, advice concerning contraception and family planning as well as the help with obstetric and gynecological problems.
She obtained many certificates such as The Fetal Medicine Foundation certificate in the field of fetal nuchal translucency (NT) or the certificate of the Polish Gynecological Society, Ultrasound Section, in the field of USG tests in obstetrics and gynecology.
She is the author of numerous publications, textbooks and congressional journals.
MICHAŁ SZUBER MD, Ph.D.
A graduate of the Faculty of Medicine of Karol Marcinkowski Medical Academy in Poznań, which he graduated with honors in 1999. He completed specialized training in the Perinatology and Gynecology Clinic (GPSK UM) in Poznań, Polna street.
He obtained specialist title in obstetrics and gynecology in April 2008 passing the State Specialist Exam with a very good grade. In 2009 he obtained the prenatal examination certificate of the Fetal Medicine Foundation, which is audited annually. In the years of 2010-2011, he confirmed his skills in the performance of ultrasound tests by obtaining appropriate certificates of the Ultrasound Section of the Polish Gynecological Society (PTG).
In May 2011, he defended his doctoral thesis entitled “Evaluation of expression and signaling of EG-VEGF and PKR1 receptors in myometrium and in the female placenta with a correct pregnancy and pregnancies by pre-eclampsia” which was a continuation of his own research conducted during a scholarship at the Queen’s Medical Research Institute in Edinburgh between 2005 and 2006.
In 2011, in the view of his professional development he began endocrinology specialization. He continued to improve his professional qualifications as evidenced by the obtainment of certificates of the Ultrasound Section of the Polish Gynecological Society (PTG) in the field of prenatal examinations, fetal heart assessment and doppler tests. In April 2016, he passed the State Specialization Exam and obtained the title of endocrinologist.
He is a member of the Polish Gynecological Society and the Polish Endocrinological Society.

- Prenatal examination in the I trimester (PAPPA test), II trimester (anatomical ultrasound) and III trimester (Doppler ultrasound).

- Vulva, vagina, cervix, ovary and fallopian tubes diseases
- pregnancy supervision including high-risk pregnancy
- Conditions of periprotoxicity and perimenopause
